Terms & Conditions
These terms constitute the formal agreement for coaching services between Alison Goldstein and our clients. Please review these sections to understand our mutual commitments.
Understanding
The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching services provided by Alison Goldstein to any individual or organisation (“the client”) and constitute the contract for the service.
Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client will be required to sign a contract with Alison Goldstein at the commencement of coaching.
Responsibility & Commitment
Alison Goldstein will seek to enable the client to set and achieve goals that will help to bring about desired outcomes for the client. The client has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make following coaching.
Alison Goldstein accepts no liability for the client’s actions or any perceived failure by the client to achieve a material improvement in quality of life.
Confidentiality
Personal or business information supplied in sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, save where required by law.
Coaching Procedure
Scheduling
Sessions can be booked up to 3 months in advance. The initial term usually recommended is 3 months.
Format
Sessions are typically 1 hour, conducted via Skype, telephone, or face-to-face.
Support between sessions via phone or email is welcomed. Alison Goldstein will advise in advance if any contact is likely to incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Rearranging
48-Hour Notice Policy
If you need to rearrange, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. No refunds will be given for unused sessions unless this notice is provided.
Advance payments must be used within 6 months or the fee is forfeited.
The client may terminate their contract at any time in writing. Any monies owed at the time of cancellation will become due immediately.
